If this person has already been told by human resources to get his act together and it hasn’t helped, then i doubt there is much you can say to him that will help. Maybe bypasss the guy altogether, and make a complaint directly to HR, it is possible they will give him another warning if they know he is bothering other workers with his lack of hygiene. If it’s possible, you might also ask to work somewhere away from the smelly guy, at another workstation, etc.

Burst pipe in exterior wall?

Also, in a wood framed house, wouldn’t I expect staining on the GWB walls on the floor below the piping?

You have to knock out the portion of the wall to get to the leak. You didn’t say if you had old steel pipe or copper. It isn’t hard, but you will need help. It is something that any handyman can do. Once you get to the break, take it to Home depot, they will help you with the parts you need. I hope that you have copper. If it is steel, you will probably need a plumber. Good luck. Mice had nothing to do with the leak, other than pulling away the insulation. Your pipe obviously froze, that is what caused the leak. Once you get the new pipe in, wrap it with styrofoam insulation tubing. it is cheap, and put insulation back in the areas of the pipe.

When will these side effects stop?

I weaned myself of Paxil, slowly, hoping to avoid a lot of side effects going off it. I have not taken any for 3 weeks now. When will these side effects go away? I feel nauseous, lightheaded, ringing in my ears, racing heartbeats at times, and the worst is the night sweats/chills.

Three weeks of physical withdrawal makes me wonder how long you have been taking Paxil, and how much you’ve been taking. Did your doctor take you off of it?
Personally, if a doctor prescribes a potentially addictive drug for me, I follow the dosage and work with her to wind down usage.
The symptoms you describe sound pretty severe and certainly warrant a visit to your doctor, who can recommend an appropriate treatment.
